Q. How long would it take for one training session?

Training time is 50 minutes. Also, depending on your purpose, we may ask you to do some cardio exercise afterwords.

Q. Can I train multiple times a week?

We limit our customers to train twice per week. Members are permitted to unlimited access only if they are running on a treadmill.

Q. What should I wear?

We recommend sportswear, but we do not have a strict rule. Please bring an indoor shoes.

Q. I want to use the shower.

We have body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. All you need is a towel.

Q. I haven’t worked out before. Is that okay?

We have a lot of beginners, and we adjust the training menu so everyone can continue.

Q. I’m having rebounds all the time. Will it ever succeed?

We believe our trainers can give you the accurate advice for those people. We will find out the cause of your rebound and give you the directions to your goal.

Q. Can you look after my items during training?

You can put your items inside the locker. Also, we provide a 1 month storage service for ¥1500/month(incl. tax) so you don’t need to bring your gear every time.

By paying the visitor personal fee, non members can do the personal training. You can try each trainer up to one time.

Q. I want to quit/pause my membership. What do I need?

We ask our customers to come to the gym for cancellation before the 15th day of the month you want to cancel the membership. Failing to cancel by the 15th would result in your membership extending until the next month. We ask our customers to understand that we do not accept membership cancellation via telephone, fax, mail, email or by proxy.
After pausing your membership, if you are planning to restart the membership within 6 months then we will not charge you the membership fee.
